On casting this spell, the winds of Pandemonium rush out from the caster’s body. Firstly, the spell cancels out any Sound-based effects currently in place, as well as disrupting any persistent sound effects, such as a Bard or Harpy’s song.
Secondly, any creature of 2 hit dice or less that fails its Will save is stunned for the duration of the spell. Any creature with more than 2 hit dice that fails is Confused, at which point they act according to the table below.
