Faction: Sodkillers/Mercykillers, Harmonium.

Prerequisite: Gather Information 4 ranks, Sense Motive 4 ranks.

Benefit: You gain a +4 competence bonus on Gather Information, Listen, Search, Sense Motive, and Spot checks against a creature currently designated as your target. To be designated as a target, a creature must be known to you (either first- or second-hand), and you must have either been issued an order to apprehend it, or personally witnessed it commit a punishable offense within your zone of authority. (These criteria are purposefully left open for DM and player interpretation.) You can apply this bonus to more than one target at the same time, but only if they are both wanted for the same crime.
